Are there fixed packages or price lists?
No. Every event is different. After a quick conversation, we put together a custom quote — matching your occasion, guest count, and wishes. Just reach out.
How far in advance should I inquire?
For smaller events (up to 30 guests), 2 weeks is often enough. Weddings and large events: 3–6 months ahead, especially May–September.
Do you cater on base?
Yes. We've been catering at Tower Barracks and Rose Barracks (Vilseck) for over two decades. VAT forms, visitor passes, gate check-in — all routine.
Are vegetarian/vegan options available?
Yes. Gluten-free and allergy-friendly options too — just let us know in advance.
How far do you travel for catering?
Grafenwöhr and 30 km radius (Vilseck, Weiden, Amberg, Auerbach, Eschenbach). Farther on request.
